Moment Drinks
A botanical water that I love to enjoy mid-day instead of reaching for a sweetened iced tea or soda. Each is infused with adaptogens that support stress management.
My personal favorite is Blood Orange. I drink one once a day! Also great with a splash of club soda or as an adult beverage mixer.

88 Acres Snack Bars & Granola
88 Acres is a top chosen brand by nutrition professionals because they use real, whole, nutrient-dense ingredients (like seeds!). Perfect to stash in your work snack-drawer or bag when your on-the-go.
I’m partial to the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Seed Bar but I won’t lie… it’s also hard to choose!

-
Chomps Jerky Sticks
Jerky is a convenient and great source of protein but is very often laden with additives we could easily do without. Chomps keeps its ingredient list squeaky clean and “paleo friendly.”
Great for travel or to stash in your gym bag and snack drawer!

Further Food Collagen Peptides and Superfood Blends
Collagen peptides is a protein powder that I always have in my pantry and Further Foods is my #1 trusted brand for quality assurance. They also have some nice superfood blends like turmeric and matcha.
Unfortunately, collagen is not a complete protein because it is missing the essential amino acid Tyrptophan. However, I still use it quite often because it does not alter the texture of items and the unflavored variety gives no taste either. Plus, I know I’m getting adequate amounts of tryptophan from other foods throughout the day.
To give a nutrition boost, I add to things like green smoothies, all smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, baked goods, coffee, and lattes.
TRAVEL TIP: Set the single-serving ones for travel and the portable blender listed under “kitchen.” I’ll ask the hotel for mixed berries, avocado, a little ice and filtered water to make myself a balanced smoothie for breakfast that doesn’t bog me down the rest of the day.

Primal Palate Paleo Cookie Dough *Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, Dairy-Free
UMM. Ok I haven’t tried these yet full disclosure but I like the idea of this. Because…. what I would do is keep this in the freezer, then make 1 or 2 when I wanted a fresh-baked cookie (I feel like you could even experiment with the microwave for cooking just need to figure out timing).
You could obviously make the whole batch too but if you’re not sharing them, storing in your freezer and making single servings at a time is a good way to satisfying the craving without polishing the whole batch in 1 siting.
-
Primal Palate Seasoning Blends
I’m normally very weary of spice blends because they’re a common source of hidden MSG, additives, and even unnecessary added sugars.
Primal Palate is on point with its spices. The flavorings… ingredients… go crazy honestly.
-
88 Acres Dressings
Most of the time I make my own dressings because most store-bought ones have MSG, unnecessary added sugars plus additives that aren’t great for the gut and may contribute to inflammation.
These are the exception. They’re made with real ingredients that are wholesome and nutritious. I could honestly probably make a version of these myself but sometimes… convenience just wins. I cant make EVERYTHING from scratch.

Primal Kitchen
Best brand for things like marinades, dressings, condiments, BBQ sauce, ketchup, etc. They also have a line of pre-prepped meals you can keep in your fridge which isn’t a bad idea for emergency nights where you’re short on time or don’t have the energy.
All products are paleo-friendly meaning they use no refined sugars, gluten, grains, and little to no additives.

Traditional Medicinals Daily Detox Tea: Dandelion
Dandelion is an herb that supports the health and function of our liver. Our liver is one of those easily overlooked organs but it is responsible for SO SO much but one of its main functions is to process and get rid of toxins (aka detoxification).
Though our liver is great at doing its job on its own, it’s a good idea to give it a little extra TLC and support so it can do its thang.
This tea is one of my favorites with a splash of almond milk and a side of dark chocolate.
-
Organic India: Tulsi Tea
Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is an ancient medicinal herb that is very nourishing for our adrenal glands. I enjoy this as a more natural and gentle way to buffer my body’s stress response, support healthy cortisol levels, and encourage hormonal balance.
It’s flavor is kind of like black tea in my opinion. It is not overly herbal with a distinct flavor.
-
Mount Hagen Organic Instant Coffee
GO ORGANIC FOR COFFEE PLEASE. Conventional coffee beans are highly sprayed with pesticides and can have high amounts of contaminants! Since this is something most of us have every day (and therefore exposed to chemical toxins on the daily), it’s worth getting organic.
This is my all-time favorite coffee. It being an instant coffee just happens to be bonus points because there’s no brewing time involved.
In the morning, I like to make my coffee in a blender by adding 2-3 teaspoons of this 1.5 to 2 cups hot water, 1-2 tablespoons Oatly Barista Oat Milk, 1 Tablespoon 365 unsweetened almond milk, a little liquid stevia, vanilla extract, and usually a packet of Four Sigmatic Lion’s Mane. Lion’s Mane is an adaptogenic herbal mushroom that supports brain function and mental clarity.
-
Organic Mount Hagen Coffee - Single Serve
I always travel with these. I just order hot water at the hotel or get a to-go cup of hot water from a local cafe and make my own. Usually, they have almond milk so I’ll add a splash of that and a few drops of 365 whole foods brand liquid stevia which I also keep in my bag.
Awesome Bulk Buys
-
Mighty Hemp Seeds
I always recommend buying products that can run on the pricier side in bulk. Buy bulk saves money big time! This is the best deal I’ve found for the quantity AND quality. I actually now have this on subscription.
For an added boost of plant-based protein and anti-inflammatory omega-3 sprinkles these nutrition bombs on salads, yogurt, oatmeal, chia-seed pudding, homemade guacamole, avocado toast… blend in your smoothies. Endless options.
-
Bienna Roasted Chickpea Snacks: Sea Salt
Simply put, Bienna Roasted Chickpea snacks are the bomb. I use these mainly as a “crouton” in salads. They give the perfect crunch, a bit of saltiness, but are packed with nutrition, unlike your standard crouton.
Trust me, you’ll be adding these all the time to your green salads, bowls, grain salads, etc. Pair a handful with fruit like grapes or clementines for a balanced snack.
Well worth it to stock up on these. This is a sweet deal.
PS I only buy the “sea salt” version of these. The other flavors have “natural flavors” and some other additives I generally avoid.
-
Herbamare Seasoning
If you don’t already have insanely versatile seasoning in your pantry just buy it. You will NOT regret it. It’s a little on the pricer side which is why I recommend getting this 2-pack to save a little.
I use this in place of salt in almost everything I make. From roasted veggies, to turkey meatballs, to lentil meatloaf, to ground turkey meat. I also use it plus water as a convenient and clean alternative to chicken and veggie broths which always have additives.
It enhances the flavor of almost everything. I am never ever without it.
-
Bragg Sprinkle Seasoning
This plus Herbamare seasoning is really the 2 seasonings I would say are absolutely pantry staples. I gotta be honest, I don’t know why it’s so expensive but it is becoming increasingly more difficult for me to find in stores so I’ve resorted to buying bulk. Which, for how often I use it makes more sense honestly.
This is the secret ingredient to my roasted chicken which my husband always says is restaurant quality. But seriously… sprinkle this on any chicken, any way you make it… grilled, roasted, sauteed. Add it to meatballs, on top of salads… you name it.

Pre-cut Parchment paper
Buy bulk parchment paper!! And get the precut sheets!! It will make your life so much easier and save a ton of money. I hate trying to measure or eyeball the length of parchment for my sheet pan.
1 roll of parchment paper from the store is about $4-$5 bucks. This pack will literally last you a year.
I use parchment paper every day, whenever I cook. Cleaning sheet pans or baking tins can be a huge pain. I use these whenever I make roasted veggies, sheet pan dinners, or baking…

Aquabliss Revitalizing Shower Filter
We filter our drinking water but what about the water we expose our largest organ to everyday! The Skin! It’s easy to forget that our skin absorbs everything we expose it to and gets processed by our bodies the same way anything we ingest does.
I love this filter because a) it’s super easy to install and b) not only does it filter out harmful contaminants it also infuses beneficial vitamins & minerals like Vitamin C which nourishes our skin and hair. I swear my hair is softer and healthier because of this.
-
Ecos Orange Plus All-Purpose Cleaner
A non-toxic cleaner that cleans great and smells great. Win-win-win.
EWG Rating: A
FYI I used to use “Parsley Plus” but switched to this after learning it gets a “B” rating and contains “fragrance” as an ingredient which I generally avoid because it is an umbrella term. It is an umbrella term because to make the “fragrance,” harmful additives may be used without being explicitly listed. Similar to “natural flavors” in food products.

Garden of Life Probiotics: Women's Formula
The best probiotics. I have tried several other brands over the years and always come back to this one.
I recommend doing 1 month on 1 month off. This goes for any probiotic. Our gut is smart and adapts. So, we don’t want it getting too used to probiotic supplements to the point where they lose their effectiveness. Going through periods of on-off helps prevent this from happening. It is also more wallet-friendly…
-
Garden of Life Probiotics: Men's Formula
Same recommendation for the women’s formula. I recommend doing 1 month on and 1 month off so our gut doesn’t get used to the probiotic supplement and lose it’s effectiveness.
-
Dr. Bronner's Bar Soap: Tea Tree
You expose your skin to soap every time you shower (which… is every day for most I hope lol) so you want to do your best to choose products that don’t use harmful ingredients or added “fragrance.” Remember, “fragrance” is like “natural flavors” in the food world. It can include toxic ingredients without it being exclusively listed.
I’ve found Dr. Bronners to be the most affordable, cleanest option. I’ve tried every scent and have stuck with Tea Tree because it leaves a clean, lasting scent on my skin and is naturally anti-bacterial. I linked to a 2-pack which I recommend just getting so you have.
-
Abhati Suisse Mahandi Lip Treatment
Hands down my favorite lip balm. It’s super hydrating and reasonably priced. I’m the queen of lip balms, and this is one i’ve stuck with.
Full disclosure, it does contain “fragrance” which I generally try to avoid. However, I just have yet to find a lip balm that is as hydrating as this with no added “fragrance.” So until that happens, I’ll be using this.

Kari Gran Lip Whip Color Balm
I’m not a huge gloss girl but I love a dash of hydrating lip color. These lip whips keep my lips soft and add the perfect touch of natural color. My favorite is Jolene, a bright pink but is very subtle when you put it on. They’re all great though.

Lunch Prep Food Containers
These are the best food containers for lunch. They’re the perfect size, especially for salads. You’ll have enough room to give it a good shake once you add your dressing. They also have a super tight seal (so no leakage when you throw in your bag).
I like to suggest getting the bundle so you have one for each day of the work week. Pack them all on Sunday so you can just grab and go in the morning and be set for lunch without thinking about it.
Packing lunch for the week also saves so much time.
-
Dressing Containers
I 100% realize this is not the most sustainable recommendation. However, it has been a life saver for me when it comes to meal prep . Yes, there are reusable ones you can get but I have found these to be much less of a hassle.
I pre-measure my dressings or dippings so they are the perfect serving size for me and pack them in my lunch containers. Each container gets its own. I do it all at the same time.
Also great for prepping snacks. I’ll hummus, salsa. guacamole, nut butter, or Kite Hill Cream cheese in the little containers and pack a baggie of non-starchy veggies for dipping and a few high fiber crackers. Also good for perfectly portioned toppings to things like yogurt and oatmeal (granola, nuts, seeds, chopped fruit).
If you want the more sustainable option, please go for it!
-
Reusable Dressing Container
The reusable option for dressing containers. These are a nice size and will fit easily in your containers.
-
Hand Held Spiralizer
Sure, you can get the bigger spiralizer you prob see most often. It’s a whole contraption. I have it. But never use it. Because I always use this! It’s so much less of a hassle, easy to use, easy to clean. It gets the job done quick and easy.
I also sometimes travel with it if I’m going to like an airbnb or somewhere I know Ill be able to cook if I want.
-
NutriBullet
I’m always recommending smoothies to my client as a quick and easy way to get in a balanced, nutrient-dense meal. Smoothies are great for breakfast or honestly any time of day. Ill have one for dinner if i’m tired.
If you don’t have a blender… yes, a Vitamix is awesome but it’s also very pricey. You don’t have to start there. Start with this.
I love the NutriBullet because you can add all ingredients the night before, stick it in your fridge, then add water or almond milk in the morning, blend it up and be on your way. The perfect breakfast on-the-go. You literally blend it in the cup you’re going to drink from. Doesn’t get easier than that.
-
Lemon Squeezer
If you don’t have one of these, do yourself a favor and just get one lol. Lemon on everything is a great way to add clean, fresh, flavor but no one likes seeds.
-
Wusthof Chef's Knife
If you don’t have a set of quality knives yet, start with an 8in chef’s knife. Wusthof is a go-to for good reason. It has a good weight, feels nice in the hand, and cuts great for the needs of a home chef.
Start with this and build from there. Pricier for sure but built to last.
-
Knife Sharpener
With a good knife, make sure you have a sharpener! You don’t need anything big and fancy, this will do. I sharpen my knife almost every other day. It takes 2 seconds and makes the world a difference.
A sharp knife makes cutting so much easier and safer. You don’t want to be wrestling with your food. That’s how knives slip and accidents happen.
-
Ceramic Knife Set
If you’re not ready to start building a set of steel knives, start with ceramic! They’re super affordable and cut great.
This is a good set because it has a good mix of sized knives that you’ll actually use… plus a bonus veggie peeler.
FYI you’ll also need a knife sharpener with ceramic as they do dull with use.
-
Hand-Held Immersion Blender
A kitchen necessity. I use this for puree soups and things like cauliflower mash/puree or any puree. You just stick this right in the pot and blend- no transferring to another device like a blender or food processor. It’s truely life-changing.
I use it for things like butternut squash soup, cauliflower mash, cauliflower and veggie soup, any type of puree…
-
Food Thermometer
If you don’t have one… just get one. It makes cooking proteins so much easier by taking away the guessing game… is it done yet??
-
Salad Chopper
Make a yummy chopped salad in mere seconds. Something like… iceberg, kale, artichoke hearts or hearts of palm, avocado or olives, grilled/roasted veggies, grilled chicken, a squeeze of lemon, and a pinch of salt.
Just be sure to use a stainless mixing bowl or something that won’t break when chopping…
